Habits are interesting, we have good and bad habits.  Whether they be good or bad habits, we have the ability to CHANGE habits.  The longer we practice or don’t practice something that habit becomes ingrained in us and we do it automatically.  The process is the same, we do something over and over, and it becomes a part of us….we don’t do something over and over and it becomes a part of us. What are we habitually doing or not doing that we need to change?  LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU ALL THIS MORNING AS WE GATHER TOGETHER TO LIFT UP JESUS!

Mark 11:23 “For verily I say unto you,…….whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

This verse is telling us that faith will work for anyone (whosoever) and for anything (whatsoever) if they believe in their heart (heart or inner-man) as they say and keep on saying (faith speaks) that you will eventually get it manifested.

What a wonderful time we had yesterday at Jubilee, thanks so much for setting the atmosphere to allow the Holy Spirit to touch lives.  This series on Generational/Family curses will bring about BLESSINGS, REVERSING THE CURSE!

Mark 11:23 “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.”

The human kind of faith is different from the God kind of faith.  The human kind of faith says something like, “I sure hope I can get my healing” or God will heal me when He gets good and ready” or what I consider to me the most common “Lord heal me, if it be thy will.”  You can of course substitute peace, prosperity, or any other promise of God.  All of these kind of statements are heaped in uncertainty.  Real faith begins where the will of God is known.  THE WORD OF GOD IS THE WILL OF GOD!  If the Word says it, THAT SETTLES IT AND WE NEED TO BELIEVE IT AND ACT LIKE IT IS SO IN JESUS NAME!

I heard a rumor that the enemy says that if he can keep Christians from prayer for 7 days, they will be “weak.”  Aren’t you glad that we don’t succumb to his plans and devices, therefore we are strong in the LORD AND THE POWER OF HIS MIGHT! Looking forward to seeing you tonight @7,  as we keep pulling down the enemies strongholds!

For some of you that may have “missed” my prayer statement about the enemy yesterday, see if this clears it up, I hope it will: SEVEN DAYS WITHOUT PRAYER MAKES ONE WEAK!

Job 3:25 “For the thing which I GREATLY feared is come upon me, and that which I was AFRAID is come unto me.” (emphasis mine) Job is probably one of the most misunderstood books in the Bible…..most define it as a book of problems, crisis, dilemmas, grief and sorrow.  But, in practicality it is a BOOK OF REDEMPTION!  Historians will say that the book of Job comprised of approximately a 9 month period. (Not a lifestyle as some would imply)  Here is the REDEMPTIVE: when Job returned to FAITH IN GOD, GOD restored to him TWICE AS MUCH as what he had before.  Job got DOUBLE FOR HIS TROUBLE!  So, if you or someone you know is having a “Job-like” experience, REJOICE it isn’t going to last much longer (if you get on your God-kind of faith) and you are going to get twice as much! SOMEONE SHOUT AMEN!

Thanks so much for prayer-warriors last night….JESUS IS COMING BACK SOON!

Yesterday’s trivia: Peter, Matthew 17:24-27.

Today’s trivia: Who warned the people of Israel that having a king would mean having taxation? Hint: 1st Sam. 6-8.

Expecting God to move in our midst, as we continue in the series: “Generational Curses.”

Romans 4:19 “He considered not his own body now dead, when he was about 100 years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah’s womb.”  Real faith or the God-Kind of faith SAYS…..”If God says it’s true, it is true.”  It needs no physical evidence that would satisfy the senses…it acts on the Word of God independent of sense evidence.  This faith is much like Abraham had when God told him that he and his barren wife Sarah were going to have a child. I believe that Abraham started buying baby clothes.

Real faith is base on God’s Word ALONE…If the Word says “I’m strong,” then I AM STRONG, if the Word says “I’m healed,” then I AM HEALED, if the Word says “He supplies my every need,” THEN ALL MY NEEDS ARE MET, in Jesus Name!

TRUTH is the highest form of reality…God’s Word is TRUTH (which is GREATER THAN WHAT IS TRUE), and faith converts things that are TRUE, into what is TRUTH!  Whatever is promised to you by God in His Word…is available and received and will be manifested BY FAITH!

Luke 8:18 “I tell you that he will avenge them speedily, Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, SHALL HE FIND FAITH IN THE EARTH?”  (emphasis mine). In Mark, chapter two, the four men who could not come in by the door where Jesus was preaching the Word, so they tore open the roof to let down their friend who was bedfast, sick of the palsy.  The scripture says: “WHEN JESUS SAW their faith.  He said to the sick of the palsy.  “Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.”  And the man was healed.

Then, there was the little woman with the issue of blood in Mark chapter five.  She wasn’t intimidated, she wasn’t afraid, she was walking by faith.  She BOLDLY made her way through that crowd.  And Jesus told her that it was HER FAITH that made her whole!

2nd Chronicles 16:9 “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him…………..”  God is still looking for faith today!  He is looking for people who will believe Him and receive what Jesus died to provide…healing, deliverance, saving and protecting promised in His Word.  Just like the men who broke open the roof to get their friend healed or the woman who fought through the crowd to get healing..we need to be BOLD and BELIEVING, never allowing circumstances or how things look to short circuit our faith in God or the power of His promised Word!  JESUS IS LORD!

TOMORROW COME EXPECTING!

Mark 10:46-52 “And they came to Jericho: and as he went out of Jericho with his disciples and a great number of people, blind Bartimaeus, the son of Timaeus, sat by the highway side begging.  And when he heard that it was Jesus of Nazareth, he began to cry out, and say, Jesus, thou Son of David, have mercy on me.  And many charged him that he should hold his peace: but he cried the more a great deal, Thou Son of David, have mercy on me.  And Jesus stood still, and commanded him to be called.  And they call the blind man, saying unto him, Be of good comfort, rise; he calleth thee.  And he, casting away his garment, rose, and came to Jesus.  And Jesus answered and said unto him, What wilt thou that I should do unto thee?–The blind man said unto him, Lord, that I might receive my sight.  And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole.  And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way.”

I believe that God is looking for UNASHAMED FAITH….the kind of faith that says “I don’t care what anyone says, I am going to receive my miracle from Jesus.”  Bartimaeus “cast away his garment” in those days, your garment designated how you made a living, by casting away his garment, he was in essence acting on the fact that he was not going to be a beggar any longer!  CAN I GET AN AMEN?

I AM EXPECTING GOD IN OUR MIDST TODAY LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING YOU!

Mark 5:22-42 ” And, behold, there cometh one of the rulers of ths synagogue, Jairus by name; and when he saw him, he fell at his feet.   And besought him greatly, saying, My little daughter lieth at the point of death:  I pray thee, come and lay thy hands on her, that she may be healed; and she shall live.  And Jesus went with him…There cam from the ruler of the synagogue’s house certain which said, Thy daughter is dead: why troublest thou the Master any further?  As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe….And he cometh to the house of the ruler of synagogue, and seeth the tumult, and them that wept and wailed greatly.  And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why make ye this ado, and weep?   the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.  And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi: which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise.  And straightway the damsel arose, and walked; for she was of the age of twelve years. And thy were astonished with a great astonishment.”

Yesterday we talked about “unashamed faith,” today in this Scripture story, I want you to notice that Jairus had “UNSHAKABLE FAITH!” Jairus (a religious man) had run out of options and went to Jesus seeking a miracle to heal his daughter.  Religion couldn’t get it done, but HE HAD HEARD OF THE WORD: JESUS! And believed what THE WORD said rather than opinions of others.  DO WE HAVE UNASHAMED, UNSHAKABLE FAITH or is our day to day lifestyle full of compromises?  Think about it!

I have mentioned “unashamed faith,” “unshakable faith,” today I want to share some things about “RHEMA FAITH.”  One of the greatest blessings of being born-again is that we now have access to God, even the “deep” things of God.  We move from the realm of information and head knowledge into the realm of REVELATION!

As you know, faith comes by hearing and hearing and hearing adinfinitum.  Faith does NOT COME BY spiritual disciplines of prayer and fasting which are important.

The Word is primarily translated two words: “Logos” and “Rhema.”  Logos is the written Word that is understood by reasoning or mental faculties.  RHEMA means that spoken word that is revealed by the Holy Spirit to your spirit and spiritually understood;  It brings englightenment or light.  I am sure that many times you have been just reading along in the Word of God, and all of a sudden a Scripture comes alive…jumps off the page…..you see what you did not see before!

Mark 11:23 “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shal come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.”

We HAVE WHAT WE SAY BE WE GET WHAT WE SEE!  Whatever we see we automatically believe and become.  This is why one person said: “Revelation is the greatest asset in the school of faith.”  When you see with your spiritual eyes, you will not doubt it!  SOMEONE SHOUT AMEN!
