A seed has the power IN ITSELF to produce another seed of its own kind, but it cannot do so unless it is first planted. The better the soil is, the better the harvest will be. If the soil is kept free from weeds and stones, and watered well–the seed will thrive. If the soil is not taken care of , the seed will grow weak in its power to produce. A person must CONTINUALLY WEED OUT ANYTHING that comes up in the heart that would cause the Word of God to be less productive.
