1 John 4:18, “There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.” As long as Israel obeyed the commandments before God, they had no reason to fear anything or anybody at any time. (Deut. 28:1-14). The same is true in the new covenant. We have been given the commandment to believe on the name of Jesus and love one another. (1 John 3:22-24). GOD IS LOVE! To walk in love regardless of whether or not anyone else does is the highest walk available. There is NO FAILURE IN GOD, because LOVE NEVE FAILS!
