I only know of one place in the Word where Jesus talked to the devils, and He only talked to them because they started talking to Him first. Every other instance He just said “COME OUT!” There is a BIG difference between being POSSESSED by the enemy and OPPRESSED. Most individuals are probably oppressed by the enemy not possessed. For instance, sickness may be an oppression, remember Jesus went about doing good and HEALING all that were OPPRESSED by the devil.
