Someone once said, “what you are not UP on you are DOWN on.” So, I am going to begin talking about the subject of “understanding your authority.” The difference between power and authority is simply, authority is the right to use POWER, or authority is the CHANNEL which POWER operates. We cannot have authority without power to back it, but neither can we have power work without a channel of authority.
