We need to constantly be developing the life and nature of God that is within us through the new-birth. In other words, we need to be renewing our minds with the Word to begin thinking like God thinks, to do what God would do in circumstances and situations. For instance, as long as we tolerate sin in our lives, we will never get dominion over it.
