We need to discipline ourselves to learn that as born-again Christians, we need to believe what the Word of God says about us. When we read what the Word says about us, whether we FEEL like it or not say (out-loud) “Yes, that is me, I have that, I can do what the Word says I can do and I am who the Word says I am!”
