Today is the day that we in the USA celebrate Memorial Day, a day when we are called to remember those who have given their lives for our freedom. We sometimes get it confused with Veterans Day in which we honor the living military. But sometimes we get so busy with our lives, that we just remember that it is a three day weekend with the first “BBQ” of summer.
Proverbs 17:22, “A merry heart doeth good……..” There was a storm at sea, and as the storm raged, the captain realized his ship was sinking fast. He called out, “Anyone here know how to pray?” A pastor stepped forward. “Captain, I know how to pray.” “Good” said the captain, “you pray while the rest of us put on our life jackets–we’re one short.”
They are coming from the North, the South, the East and the West that HIS HOUSE may be full, BECAUSE WE ARE WELL ABLE!
