In what is commonly referred to as the “Lord’s Prayer” in Matthew 6:10, Jesus was teaching His disciples to pray, He said, “Thy will be done in earth, as it is in Heaven.” If it is God’s will for us to be sick in this earth, then it would be God’s will for us to be sick in heaven. I don’t believe that there are any sick folks in Heaven….do you? Jesus said that He has come to do the will of Him Who sent Him (the Father God). What did Jesus do? He went about doing good, healing, delivering and so on. At this point in time, Jesus is now seated at the Right Hand of the Father in Heaven, making intercession for us. God doesn’t change, Jesus doesn’t change, the Holy Ghost doesn’t change, therefore, Jesus is interceding for us the same way He did while on earth…healing would be a part of that. If you remove healing for today, you actually do away with Jesus as our intercessor. In fact, you would have to do away with all the Scripture, because SALVATION is a spiritual healing, and it contains deliverance, wellness, wholeness and on and on. JESUS IS LORD!
