We communicate with words….words make up our daily routine….we spend a lot of time talking….but have you ever thought what am I talking about? I am still amazed at Christians who spend more time talking about the “bad” stuff over and over, and very rarely do they have anything positive to say other than “praise the Lord” once in a GREAT WHILE! I also have noticed that because we are in these bodies, we have tendencies to “figure things out.” Don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong about problem solving, it is just a part of life. Daily, we have things come up which need to be dealt with, the whole purpose of this “blog” today is that sometimes we forget something that is VITALLY IMPORTANT! I want to share a Scripture with you: Isaiah 1:18 “Come now, and let us REASON TOGETHER, saith the Lord:………” (emphasis mine).
Notice, when we reason, we should be including Father God in our reasoning, even the LITTLE things……but in reality most of us have tendencies to wait until we are in a mess, THEN we go to the Lord and cry out for help. Maybe, just maybe if we got with the Lord FIRST maybe just maybe we wouldn’t be in such a mess. Just something to think about.
